I am familiar with the counter-indications for the use of the Roll Shaper and I do not have any of the listed problems. I have reported my health conditions truthfully and to the best of my knowledge. I am using the Roll Shaper massage machine at my own risk.

We operate a 24 hours cancelation policy. Failure to do so will result in losing the session and canceling 3 sessions in a month outside cancellation terms will lose the right to book 7 days in advance. The package purchased is not transferrable and not refundable. Must be used within 6 months period.
